Imagine driving into a parking facility, leaving your car, and walking away. No tickets. No payment terminals. No apps. No wallets. Your vehicle identifies itself, authenticates, and completes the transaction securely on its own.
Now imagine the same experience at an EV charger, a fuel pump, a toll road, or a drive-through.
This is not just about convenience. It is about rethinking how vehicles interact with the world around them, and it is the future we are building at AuthenCore AI.
From connected vehicles to transacting vehicles
The automotive industry has spent decades making vehicles smarter, safer, and more connected. Today's vehicles can communicate with infrastructure, navigate complex environments, and increasingly make decisions on their own.
But one piece is still missing. A vehicle may know where it is, what it needs, and where it is going, yet it still depends on a person to authenticate, authorize, and pay for the services it uses.
We see that gap as one of the next big opportunities in the mobility economy. A-Pulse®, our vehicle identity and transaction platform, is built to close it. It is the foundation of V-Commerce™: commerce where the vehicle identifies itself, authenticates, and pays. One trusted vehicle identity, accepted across many mobility services, without a separate manual transaction at every stop.
V2X lets vehicles communicate. AuthenCore AI lets them transact securely.
Why this matters now
Artificial intelligence, embedded hardware, connected infrastructure, and digital payments are converging. The opportunity goes well beyond removing parking tickets or simplifying EV charging. Think of autonomous fleets accessing parking, electric vehicles starting charging sessions, logistics vehicles paying for infrastructure services, and connected cars managing everyday mobility transactions.
- For infrastructure operators: less friction, better operational efficiency, and a new digital payment channel without new hardware.
- For automakers: a path to deeper integration of digital services into the vehicle experience.
- For drivers: fewer interruptions and a more seamless journey.
- For investors: an emerging category at the intersection of automotive technology, AI, cybersecurity, fintech, and mobility infrastructure.
Built on real-world results
Our work is grounded in deployment, not just concept. From February to April 2026, we ran a live pilot of an early, app-based version of A-Pulse® in Saskatoon with a parking operator and an independent fuel retailer. It recorded more than 1,000 sessions across 205 vehicles, and drivers used the same identity for parking, fuel, and EV charging.
Our architecture is designed to extend that same identity to tolling, drive-throughs, and future autonomous vehicle applications.
Smart software meets connected hardware
This year's FTMS theme reflects exactly where we are heading. Our roadmap moves A-Pulse® from software into the vehicle itself:
- Today: a software experience, where drivers register their vehicle and payment method once.
- Next: an in-vehicle A-Pulse® device, now in development, that handles transactions hands-free while the app manages preferences.
- Vision: A-Pulse® built directly into vehicle telematics, so owners can switch on automatic payments.
The move from connected mobility to autonomous mobility will take more than intelligent vehicles. It will take intelligent infrastructure, interoperable systems, and a secure trust layer connecting them.
Bringing the conversation to FTMS 2026
On November 18, 2026, I will present AuthenCore AI at the Future of Transportation and Mobility Series (FTMS), hosted by the Centre for Integrated Transportation and Mobility (CITM) at McMaster Innovation Park in Hamilton, Ontario. This year's theme is "Smart Software Meets Connected Hardware."
I will share our vision for A-Pulse® and V-Commerce™, what we have learned from building real-world mobility applications, and how vehicle identity and transaction infrastructure could reshape the relationship between automakers, infrastructure providers, payment networks, and drivers.
For me, FTMS is about more than presenting technology. The next generation of mobility cannot be built in isolation. Automakers need infrastructure partners. Innovators need real-world deployment environments. Startups need strategic collaborators. And breakthrough ideas need conversations that bring different industries together.
Who we want to meet
- Automakers and Tier 1 suppliers exploring in-vehicle payments and connected services
- Parking, fueling, EV charging, and tolling operators looking for a new digital payment channel
- Payment networks and fintech innovators building the next generation of payment experiences
- Investors focused on mobility, AI, and fintech
- Anyone passionate about the future of transportation
If you will be at FTMS 2026 and would like to connect, email omer@authencore.ai or use the form below to request a meeting. Sometimes the next big breakthrough starts with a simple conversation.
The future will not just drive itself. It will transact for itself.
We are working toward a future where vehicles do more than move people and goods. They identify themselves, establish trust, access services, and complete authorized transactions as part of a seamless journey. The technology is evolving, infrastructure is getting smarter, and the ecosystem is taking shape. The next step is bringing it all together.
Let's move beyond connected vehicles and build the foundations of vehicle commerce.
About AuthenCore AI
AuthenCore AI is an Ontario-based company building A-Pulse®, a vehicle identity and transaction platform that enables vehicles to authenticate and pay across parking, fuel, EV charging, tolls, and drive-throughs. The company is creating the V-Commerce™ category, where the vehicle itself becomes a secure payment identity.
About CITM
